PRIMARILY FOCUSED ON THE BUILD-FOR-RENT SEGMENT, WHICH IS FACILITATED BY ITS SISTER COMPANY, AMERITEX HOMES®, AND THE GROWING NEED FOR HOUSING, REALTY COMMERCE SECURED $350 MILLION IN LONG TERM FINANCING TO ENSURE FUTURE GROWTH. UPON COMPLETION, REALTY COMMERCE WILL OWN APPROXIMATELY 3,000 NEW RENTAL UNITS, AND IS CURRENTLY SEEING UNIT GROWTH BETWEEN 50-100 UNITS PER MONTH.

Our History

Winchester Carlisle Companies has a proven track record and rich history of success. Budding concepts no longer have to bootstrap and spend valuable time and resources on the startup phase. Rather, we have mastered our ability to leverage talent and expertise to quickly elevate companies from infancy to market leaders. Our previous successful ventures include:

Dunhill Homes (Dallas), a single-family home builder throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, first broke ground in 2012.

The company would quickly rise to be a well-known name in the markets. Building in over 30 communities from 2012-2018, Dunhill Homes (Dallas) would be acquired by Tri Pointe Group (NYSE: TPH) in 2018.

Dunhill Homes (Las Vegas) was started in 2010, with the acquisition of two master planned communities, Rhodes Ranch & Tuscany Village.

The company would go on to build approximately 300 homes annually and acquire several other communities in the Las Vegas valley before being sold to Century Communities (NYSE: CCS) in 2014.

Nathan Carlisle Homes, the active adult community home building arm of Dunhill Homes (Dallas), was established in communities in DFW.

The company would quickly rise to notoriety alongside its sister company by fulfilling housing needs for the active adult niche market. This brand would also be acquired by Tri Pointe Group (NYSE: TPH).

Nathan Grace Real Estate, a high-touch, high-service residential brokerage with a boutique vibe entered the DFW market in 2010.

After amassing more than 200 agents, 5 office locations and numerous accolades, Nathan Grace Real Estate sold to Century 21 Fine Homes & Estates – A Judge Fite Company in 2017.

Ameritex Property Management was a full-service residential property management company that amassed more than 1,200 units under management across the state of Texas.

After enormous growth in less than 5 years time, Ameritex Property Management sold to Home River Group in early 2023.
