Richard Dix

FOUNDER / CEO

Richard Dix is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Winchester Carlisle Companies.

 

He has 30 years of experience in homebuilding, real estate development, retail, and manufacturing. Prior to his current role, Mr. Dix served as Mountain West Area President for Pulte Homes (NYSE: PHM), managing over $1 billion in capital and revenue annually.

 

Mr. Dix currently holds a seat on the Board of IBC Bank — Oklahoma. IBC Bank — Oklahoma is a member of International Bancshares Corporation (NASDAQ: IBOC). He also holds a seat on the board at the Oklahoma State University Eastin Center for Talent Development. He is a former Advisory Board member for BB&T (NYSE:BBT).

 

An active community volunteer, Mr. Dix has served on many non-profit boards and in chair roles. Currently, he is the Chairman of a $27M Hope Lodge campaign for the American Cancer Society (ACS), is a Steering Committee member for the Shelton School Capital Campaign and is an Advisory Board member for Visible Music College.

 

Mr. Dix holds a BBA from Baylor University and currently resides with his wife of 28 years and two children in Dallas, Texas.

Paige joined Winchester Carlisle in 2016 as the Director of Learning & Development for Nathan Grace Real Estate. In September 2017, she transitioned to the VP of Talent, Culture, and Engagement of all Winchester Carlisle companies. She is responsible for bringing in talent, educating employees, and engaging the consumers while upholding a fun culture. She brings over 20 years of leadership experience in training, organizational development, and building a culture to retain employees at Blockbuster and Brinker International.

Lynn Genung

Lynn has a distinguished financial and accounting background that spans more than 20 years. He has experience as both a controller, performing all accounting functions for five distinct businesses, as well as asset management and leadership in the real estate industry that includes taking multi-family properties public via the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Robert Martin

Robert’s role is to create and execute an Information Technology roadmap to improve operational procedures for the various brands of Winchester Carlisle. He brings over 18 years of IT experience to the organization with a history as a Vice President for Technology and Director of Service Operations with previous IT service providers.
