Richard Dix is Chairman & CEO of Winchester Carlisle Companies. He has over 20 years experience in homebuilding, real estate development, manufacturing and several other entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to founding Winchester Carlisle, Richard served as the Mountain West Area President for Pulte Homes (NYSE: PHM) where he was responsible for managing over $1 billion in capital, over $1 billion in annual revenue and over 3,000 units per year.
RICHARD RODRIGUEZ // PRESIDENT, DUNHILL HOMES & NATHAN CARLISLE HOMES
Richard (Rich) Rodriguez has over 20 years of homebuilding, development and real estate experience in a variety of local, national and international roles. From Starwood Waypoint (NYSE:SFR), he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and helped guide the firm through acquisition, a public spin-off and eventual merger. Additionally, Rich has led operations with US National Homebuilders as well as leading Emaar (Dubai) during their construction of the world’s tallest building and the world’s largest commercial mall.
VICKIE PARKER // PRESIDENT, NATHAN GRACE REAL ESTATE
As President of Nathan Grace Real Estate, Vickie oversees all aspects of company operations and customer service. With over 20 years of experience, she provides expertise in leadership, operations management, and program and product development. Vickie began her career at Brinker International, holding various leadership roles during her tenure. Most recently, she served as VP of Purchasing and Customer Relations at a Fortune 500 homebuilder.
BUZZ McCRAY // PRESIDENT, CARLISLE TITLE
Before joining Carlisle Title, Buzz served as Senior Vice President/National Sales Manager for Stewart Title Guaranty Company, where he provided vision and direction for all new and existing business nationwide, almost doubling the company’s revenue in a two-year period. In his 15-year tenure there, he also served as Vice President of the Builder Division, and spearheaded the roll-out of a strategic sales division across 34 states within a three-year period.
JULIE OWEN // CONTROLLER
Ms. Owen has 16 years experience in the real estate, homebuilding, and development business. From 2012 to the present, Ms. Owen has served as Controller of Winchester Carlisle Companies, a diversified real estate holding company. In this position, she is responsible for all financial reporting, treasury, compliance, and bank relationships. Ms. Owen holds a BBA in Accounting from West Texas A&M University.
ALI LINDEN // HR GENERALIST
Ali Linden oversees all of human resources for the entities, including benefits administration, onboarding, government compliance and growing the department. Ali joined Winchester Carlisle in early 2016 and brings 5 years of experience in construction, HR and office management. Before joining the company, she worked in the telecommunications construction industry where she developed and successfully implemented an HR department from the ground up.
ROBERT MARTIN // INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR
Robert's role at Winchester Carlisle is to create and execute an Information Technology roadmap to improve operational procedures across the entire family of companies. He brings over 18 years of IT experience to the organization with a history as a VP for Technology and Director of Service Operations with previous IT service providers.
